Container Grown: Packed in boxes which carry: Up to 8 shrubs, roses or climbers in 3 to 4lt pots - plants not exceeding 90cms (3ft) high. Up to 15 perennials in our standard 1.4lt pots.
Regret we are unable to ship trees - BUT we can negotiate for our grower to send trees to you direct subject to their availablity.
Substitutes: Substitute plants will only be sent if requested. Orders for plants currently out of stock will not be held over
MINIMUM ORDER VALUE
We can only accept orders to the value of at least £15.00 UKP + Carriage.

24/48hr courier service: 1 box to 20kg - £14.95, further boxes on same consignment £10.50 each.
Off shore islands and Highlands - please contact for an estimated cost.
Dispatched Monday to Thursday for delivery on weekdays only 8.00am-6.00pm. We cannot specify a delivery time.
Very large orders may be delivered by our own transport within a reasonable distance - contact to discuss.
Europe - because of the current 'mess' and uncertain outcome we are no longer sending plants beyond the UK
* NB - A valid signature is required on delivery - if you are not in the driver will leave a contact address/telephone number for you to arrange re-delivery . Please advise an alternative delivery address if you are not normally home during the day. If you request a non-signature delivery the parcel is entirely at your risk! Please notify us if you will be away once your order has been placed - we cannot accept any responsibilty for plants if you are not there to accept them *

Credit/Debit Cards - Most Cards accepted (except American Express & Diners). Cards will be processed on day of dispatch the counterfoil enclosed with the plants. E-mails may not be secure and Card numbers sent by this method may be retrieved by hackers! Forward details by phone, FAX or letter.
Following the decision by Banks not to guarantee cheques these can no longer be accepted as payment.
